The NC Rural Health Transformation Program (Region 3) will be guided by a regional governance structure designed to support collaboration, transparency, and shared decision-making. This structure will include a Regional Decision Council and a Governing Body, with additional details about roles, responsibilities, and membership to be provided.
We are currently working to finalize the governance framework and will share more information as it becomes available.
